Leaving Enniscorthy

Our team leaves Enniscorthy this morning and will take a 2 hour bus ride to Dublin. I think we are all sad to leave our Irish friends that we have become close to this week. Their hospitality, kindness, helpfulness, and Christian actions were overwhelming at times. The church body from Christ Alive Church are truly amazing and obviously people of God. The townsfolk from Enniscorthy were polite and kind even when they didn't quite understand what we were doing here or why we didn't head to the pub with everyone else.

I suppose our "main mission" is complete now that camp is over, but in many cases like this God does work within the team members and that work might not be over with yet. We will do some touring and sight seeing in Dublin before heading home and if it's just fun time that would be great, but if God has other lessons to teach us or things to bring our attention to, then we welcome whatever He has for us.

We will have to write a complete page of thank you's at some point, but for now let's just give a big Texas "Thank yall bunches" to Our God first and foremost, our friends family and sponsors who made this trip possible through donations, payers, and support, our friends at Christ Alive Church in Enniscorthy, and the parents of the kids that spent all week at camp for trusting us with their children.

More stuff will be posted on the blog soon if the internet service in Dublin is sufficient.

Take care and God bless you all!
